How do I file a 2021 return on turbotax home and business account? It only lets me do 2022.

Unfortunately, the TurboTax Home and Business 2021 download is no longer available on our website. However, you can purchase TurboTax Online Self-Employed, which is equivalent to TurboTax Home and Business.
