How do I send email to Turbo Tax?

I had a problem with my wife's return regarding the T3 form and could not use Netfile. I have elected to mail in her return. How do I share the error message with Turbo tax?

Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?

Hi,

As mentioned before when trying to complete my wife Bernetta's return we get an error when we enter the T3 form. 

The error states that the boxes 52 and 53 must equal the amount in box 21. They do, however the error persists which prevents me from using Netfile for Bernetta. I deleted the T3 imported from CRA and entered it manually. The error persists.

So as not to delay our filing ( I like to do it early) I printed and sent a copy of Bernetta's return by mail. 

Now when I go to the returns our joint file does not show as completed but offers me to continue which just puts me in a loop because of the perceived error. What do I need to do to have the returns show as completed?

Unfortunately, if you are using TurboTax, the returns will show "In Progress" unless both spouses have NETFILEd. Since no NETFILE confirmation is received by the program when you print & mail, it doesn't know if you've actually filed or not.

The T3 problem is out of control. Waited 1.5 hours for your technical support person to contact her level two support. Told me they are aware of problem. Why didn’t she know? Waste of hours. 
I have contacted CTV. And CBC news!!!
