How many tax returns can I file with the premier subscription and how do i file a second return

I have the same question.  I am using Turbo Tax Premier 2020 which, according to documentation, should be good for "12 tax returns for filers with net annual income over $25,000"  Also up to 8 more returns can be filed for 'freedom' and/or 'paid' returns to a maximum of 20.

The current version has blocked my returns at 10 submissions.  If I try to buy additional returns, I get the warning message "You have already purchased the maximum allowed returns.  Your TurboTax license permits you to file up to 20 tax returns..."    This is incorrect.   Anyone else have the same problem???
