My husband was contacted by the CRA regarding our T2222 form. He is asked to resubmit this form, but this form is what I specifically asked the tax specialist about. I was unfamiliar with this form. We paid extra for the advice & guidance. We are not sure what our next step is, other than paying more to get an accountant to help.
You can get a callback for this issue. Open up your return and click on the Live Help icon on the bottom right of the screen. It will first ask you to describe your problem, then on the next page it will give you options on how you can get help, including a callback.
