If you are using TurboTax Online, on the contact info page, you can select “Yes” when it asks if your address is outside of Canada. This will let you enter an address from outside of Canada. You will need to update your address with the CRA if you haven’t already done so.
As you are no longer in Canada, you will not be able to use NETFILE to file your return online. Instead, you’ll need to printout your return and mail or fax it to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
FYI: TurboTax Online only accepts Canadian or US credit cards as payment. The TurboTax mobile app allows you to pay via Google Pay or Apple Pay (depending on which version you use).
As far as I know I'm using online, having not downloaded from a CD, It might be an older version that was on my laptop.
Anyway can't find the spot you mention Click yes if your address is outside Canada.
Sorry to be a pain.
Cheers,

Select "My Info", then "Contact Information" from the left side menu. The first question on the page is "Is your mailing address outside Canada?".
I have now managed to enter an address outside Canada but it still insists on a north American phone number. However you can bypass to two stage security so all is well. Have ordered and received a paper return so will use TT to do the donkey work and use it to fill in the blacks hopefully on the paper return.
Thanks again
