I started my return a few weeks and entered everything and reviewed it but did not file. Now I want to file.

I’m not even the initial asked, but having a similar issue. This link is so less than helpful.

Are you still having an issue filing your return? If so, what is the exact error message that you are getting?

There’s no error. I’m trying to file my 2018 taxes. The website says we can still do that. I’d filled out your form and then saved it and forgot to send it last year. So it’s all there and filled out but your site won’t let me even pay for it.

If you are a firt-time filer and had never filed for benefits before, you will not be able to Netfile the return. The only option is to paper file your return to the nearest CRA center:

Ive completed my taxes and everything is good but when trying to submit and pay your page is frozen. nothing happens and i have tried now for two days. is something wrong with your site?

Your reponse is NOT helpful. We don't need instructions on how to file, the software is not taking us to the next step to file. I have repeated the same final steps 8 times with no success. It is on a continue loop which takes me to the beginning of the last and final before seeing your documents and downloading them.  I've tried customer service live twice and they log in to see me go through the loop but can offer NO advice on how to get the software advance to the next step.

Can you please tell me which tax year you are trying to file and also which version of TurboTax  you are using- If TurboTax online or Download?

I completed my return and at the end it is saying that the Canada revenue agency is unable to accept the return.
