I am trying to finalize both tax returns for myself and my wife. It keeps saying that we cannot have a dependant on my wifes return. I am unable to denote which return ?

Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting?

 

Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
