I am using the free version. Ready to efile but have not seen the opportunity to save the return to my hard drive. Will I be able to save it after efiling?

Yes. When you are on the Filing Hub page, there is a Preview button you can click to download the archive copy of your return. Also, after you file, you'll get another page with a download link, and you'll be able to download it from the bottom of your Return Manager (Great To See You) page.
