I can not input my mailing address on the T1 General? And am unable select answers to any yes/no questions without going through the help menu. Any suggestions???

If you are in Form mode, use the Personal Information Worksheet (search for INFOWS), and the Personal Information Dialog (search for info, select PINFO) to enter this information.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. Unfortunately that did not work either. I had to go to basic mode, but even then am not able to answer all yes/no questions or input all information.

Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program. It will not delete any of you saved returns.
