I completed the file action and paid and seem to complete the filing but when I contact CRA they said that it was never filed to them. Can you help me?

If you received a NETFILE confirmation number, you can rest assured that your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.

i didn't receive anything. although i paid now when i go to summery it is asking me to pay again!! before proceeding through netfile
