I file for MYSELF and MY WIFE, Turbotax FAILED to file her return, now i dont know what to do.

If you have filed a coupled return, and you did not file your wife's return, then open your tax return and click on the "File" tab, you will see your wife's return that needs to be filed and proceed from there to Netfile her return. If you have filed her separately, then open her return and proceed to Netfile.
