I filed past tax returns using an H&R Block rep, but now want to file online electronically, do I still need to set up a CRA account, or would I have one set up already?

It appears Turbo Tax was able to pull in last year's tax info, which I filed using an H&R Block rep to file for me.  I have to assume I have a CRA account set up already.  How do I access it to ensure my direct deposit info is properly set up for my new electronic filing and find out how to access it if I did not make note of my sign in information? Would I have to phone them in person?

You would need to contact the CRA, to find out if there is already an account set up for you and how to login to it. Once you are in My Account, you can check your direct deposit information and change it if needed.

You can call them tomorrow at 1-800-959-8281.
