I have finished entering all my medical expenses but now cant end. When I click on done it just tells me that I have to fill in an amount on the receipt. How do I end?

It likely created an empty receipt.

Try hitting the back button. 

Some times it will not let you go forward until you enter information. The back button is the way to get out of it.

Now the back button takes me back to Setting up!!!!  Not a happy camper....
