I have moved abroad so I can't Netfile. I have completed my taxes and paid but it still says in progress and balance due. Will it look like this until we mail our return?

I also didn't receive a payment receipt from Turbo Tax. When I click on 'Continue' in Turbo Tax, it takes me through the final steps and then says completed but the homepage says 'in progress'

If you are mailing in your return, it will always say that it's in progress. TurboTax has no way of knowing that you mailed the return or whether it was received by the CRA.
