I paid for a couples return, one is deceased . I filed the first one but it never prompted me to do the second, cant figure out how to do the second return?

If you are preparing a return for a deceased person, then that return can't be prepared together with their spouse.

If you are using TurboTax Online, then you can start a new return by selecting My Returns > Start a new return from the top of the left side menu.
