I paid for the assist&review service for 2022. The advisor told me that I can send it late to CRA since my balance was 0, but I got a late filling penalty. what can I do?
I've already paid the penalty, I got it because you have to do it on time if your declaration includes foreign income. I was out of the country and this is why I asked the advisor who totally gave me a bad information.
I would like to know if Intuit can take some responsibility on it and give me a refund of the penalty or at least the service paid?
