I tried to netfile but CRA message tells me to make sure I am using the correct version of the software. What is the problem?

Please make sure that you copy of TurboTax CD/Download is updated: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3262510

If you are still unable to file or print, double check that you (and your spouse, if you have one) have not accidentally said “YES” to the Tax on Split Income (TOSI) question. Use the Find tool (or the Forms lookup) to search for Tax on Split Income, answer the question “NO” and click “Continue” to save. Then try to file again, starting from the beginning of the Review section.

- From the left side menu, select Review.

- From the options that appear, select “[Name] – Tips, Warnings and Errors”.

- Continue through your return and file.

 

In Forms mode you can get to the Review with CTR+D.

I WAS SUCCESSFUL IN FILING MY RETURN BUT AM UNSUCCESFUL IN FILING DAUGHTER'S

@bill-doyle What is the exact error message that you are getting?
