I've entered my social ins. number and it keeps saying invalid. What should I do?

We are sorry to see you having this problem.  To verify your SIN and birthdate in TurboTax: Select the icon of the magnifying glass (or Find) on TurboTax. Type Personal Info. Select Personal Information – Name and Birth Date from the list and select Go. Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type your SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be a total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789. If additional help is needed with this situation, we believe your best option is to contact our telephone support team for further assistance, as they have the option to view your screen to help resolve the issue.
