We are sorry to see you having this problem. To verify your SIN and birthdate in TurboTax: Select the icon of the magnifying glass (or Find) on TurboTax. Type Personal Info. Select Personal Information – Name and Birth Date from the list and select Go. Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type your SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be a total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789.
