I want to update my address but it won't allow me to override.

Please follow the steps below to update your mailing address on TurboTax Online. 

1. On your TurboTax Online return, go to the left side and click on "My info"
2. On "My info", you will see a list of options. Go down and click on "Contact information"
3. You will find your mailing address information. You can edit your Street Address, City, Province, and new Postal Code.
4. Once you finish updating, click on "Continue" to save your changes.
5. By pressing “Summary” on the left side of your TurboTax Online return, you will be able to view the changes made.

If the issue still exists, please try to restart TurboTax.

To update you address for CRA:

• Online: use My Account service on CRA's website. In My Account, select Change my address. 
• Mail or fax: send the address change request to your tax center, along with a completed RC325 form.
• Phone: call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.

To update you email address on TurboTax:

1. Sign in to TurboTax for the tax year 2021: https://ww1.2021.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca
2. Choose a tax return in your account and select Continue to open it.
3. In the left side menu, select Account Settings.
4. In the Email Address row, select Edit.
5. In the Email address field, replace your old email address with your new one.
6. In the Confirm email address field, re-enter your new email address.
7. In the Password field, enter your current TurboTax password.
8. Select Save.

To update your mailing address on TurboTax Online:
