If CRA states you can e-file returns but turbo says no. Who is correct?

CRA's guide for "Preparing Returns for deceased persons" state you can either E-file of mail printed returns.  Turbo says they must be printed and mailed.  Who is correct?

I'm very sorry for your loss.  Deceased returns cannot be NETFILED.  They must be printed and mailed into the Canada Revenue Agency.
