What is the exact error message that you are getting?
Also, please be aware that the CRA’s systems will be undergoing maintenance, starting from Friday, January 22, 2021 from 11:00pm EST to Monday, February 22, 2021 at 8:30am EST. During this time the Netfile, ReFILE, T1135 and Express NOA web services will be unavailable.
