Its asking for a code at the end, I was expecting a payment option but there isn’t one. At the very beginning it said complete now and pay later when ready to send via Netfile to CRA. What do I do now so I can proceed and file?

You should be on the payment page, if you have a prepayment code you will enter it and if not, you will need to pay using a credit card to file your return.
