March 27 and still can't file with Deluxe online

Can someone from TurboTax reach out and explain to me why I still can't file my returns?  I have 4 ready to go and I need the other ones so I'm a little hesitant to use them to duplicate so I can file....

 

This should be fixed as I have seen posts on this going back for weeks..

 

Please advise, where we are we need to file by the 28th to receive one last carbon payment...

This wasn't expected, but we're working on fixing it.  It makes me run a review and then this is the answer I get.
