My Refile says it's "in progress" but CRA has no record of it. You said if I've received a confirmation number I'm ok. I have a transaction number. Is that ok?

You actually need a confirmation number. Please log into your TurboTax account, click on Find in the top right-hand corner, type ReFile and see if it gives you a confirmation number.
