@Rosie Badura Can you give us more details about your problem? Are you getting a NETFILE error? Which version of TurboTax are you using? CD/Download or Online?
why wont it net file? I've confirmed all my info with the cra. is it because I chose the free version and have paid for it in the past??
@steffany8060 You don’t need to use a paid version of TurboTax to NETFILE. NETFILE is a free service provided by the CRA, and anyone who is eligible to use it can do so, regardless if they paid for their tax software or not.

I purchased TurboTax Standard (8 returns) within the last couple of weeks.
I've only prepared two returns which were both successfully netfiled.
I'm trying to netfile one more return but when I progress in the "File" section, I see this a screen that looks like it's prompting me to buy more.
Can someone help?
