My SIN starts with 9, but i already filed my Tax last year with the help of an account, so can i file this year electronically and submit the documents through NETFILE?

If your SIN starts with a "09", you are usually excluded from electronically (NetFile or E-File) filing your tax return with the CRA. However, in certain cases where you have set up accounts with CRA or Service Canada may allow it.
