Netfile has denied to accept my return due to something inside the return which falls under their restricted category, is it possible to know exactly what that is?

I have reviewed the list of Netfile restrictions, and none of them apply to my specific situation.  Could this be a Turbotax algorithm issue that flags certain conditions even if those conditions end up not applying to my situation?
