I have completed my taxes, but when I go to submit, there is a circle with a line through it and will not allow me to select netfile.
Maybe the system is super busy??
NM....I solved my own problem!!
You have to update the software program when it prompts you when you open Turbotax. After ai updated, it allowed me to submit successfully 😁
OMG thank you! After almost two hours of trying everything! The update worked for me.
