Not able Netfile on saved Return with Self Employed Subscription

I am not able  netfile a Turbotax return that I completed on Feb.17, 2020 but didn't submit it then as i was waiting for NETFILE (24 Feb). Now  while filing it's asking for  payment with the same saved return. Please help me.
