Not able to use CRA Netfile service

I have done my tax and at the filing stage of turbotax, I get message that "I am not eligible to use CRA Netfile service"

I have checked restrictions for using NETFILE and none applies to me. I have gone through the return several times and still do not see any error. 

Anyone who may have encountered similar problem? Would you kindly advise any tips to resolve the problem.
