NR4 - Code 09 - Dividends - Other in USD

Hi Turbotax,

 

One last question, even though I changed my status back to residence in 2018, somehow I still got a dividend in USD for a stock in January 2019, so I got a NR4 :( (since the account migration finished in end of Jan, 2019).  I do not know how to report this in Turbotax, please help.....

This would be entered under the "Income" tab then "Investments" - "Interest on bank accounts not reported on a Tslip" which will translate to line 12100 of your tax return. Please see screenshot below:
