I am a Canadian citizen residing in the USA; currently classified as non-resident in Canada for tax purposes; got NR4 (Code 40) from former Canadian employer (i.e., lump sum payout of pension).
Where in the Turbotax software do I enter the gross income (box 16) and non-resident tax withheld (box 17)?
