Will not accept my birthdate

Please try typing it in without the forward slashes, example: Jan 25th, 1970 would go in as 25011970.

If that doesn't do the trick, is it possible you're running TurboTax is a mobile browser? If so, try switching to a computer to enter your birthdate. You can switch back to your mobile device once you're past this step.

My same problem too. Removing the forward slashes does nothing to help!

Can you provide some details about the system you're on? What type of web browser are you using? Are you getting an error or doesn't it just not accept the characters you type?

I finally tried removing completely both of the dates I was trying to enter (joint file) and then it would finally accept them instead of the error message that I had been receiving stating that I was not entering them correctly. Previously, I had been removing and correcting them one at a time, over and over. I did not ever enter them incorrectly.
