Can I use TurboTax Business Incorperated to file T4A for my contractors? and how? Do I just enter the amount of the compensation I paid, their names, SINs, and TurboxTax will do the calculation like it always?

TurboTax business incorporated can only be used to create the actual T2 return. To complete T4a slips or other required information returns you would need to use Canada Revenue Agency  resources or a program such as Intuit ProFile FX.
