Conflicting Info from Turbotax

I filed my personal tax return the other day  via turbo tax .. and got a confirmation complete with a filing number from you.    Now today, I open my e mail and there's a message from turbo tax saying my return wasn't filed??   And I can't find any way of getting in contact with you on this as there is no "help" button to be found anywhere.    Can you please get back to me on this.

Conflicting Info from Turbotax

If you have successfully filed your tax return you would have received a confirmation email. If that is the case, do not worry, you have filed your tax return.

Standard emails are sent out to people to ensure they get their taxes filed on time, your email may have been inadvertently been part of that batch being sent out.
