Hello, 

I can't file my taxes and I already paid for it. I cannot finish the process because the website shows this message: We're sorry, the Canada Revenue Agency was unable to accept your NET FILE tax return.

I do not know how to fix it.

Is this your first year filing a tax return to the Canada Revenu Agency? If yes,  you will need to print to mail your income tax return. 

You pay for the software you use, not to NetFile a return.
