I'm trying to file my 2019 tax return, but your platform only give me the option to file for 2018. I did file 2018 through an accountant. How do I file 2019?

You can file your 2019 return by installing TurboTax’s updated version of the product of your choice.

Once your product is chosen, you may start a new return and selecting “Accountant or tax professional”, when asked: “How did you do your taxes last year?”

If you have a desktop version already installed, start by verifying that all updates have been uploaded.

1. Select the “Help” tab and then scroll down to “Check for updates” and once updates completed, proceed with your new return.
