    Is anyone else having an issue with filing their taxes? I completed our taxes but when I click on file it doesn't do anything!

    Is anyone else having an issue with filing their taxes? I completed our taxes but when I click on file it doesn't do anything!

    Yes, I am too.  Waiting for customer service to open.

    Is anyone else having an issue with filing their taxes? I completed our taxes but when I click on file it doesn't do anything!

    I didn't talk to customer service, but I did change browsers to google chrome and then I was able to file.
