Ready to file but can't pay. should i wait to file?

So i usually do a big job at the end of March that i use part of profit to pay off last years taxes if any due.  The job got cancelled for obvious reason.  I doubt it will be rescheduled.  My business will probably loose money this year.  anyway, should I file now or wait hoping somehow I can pay in full, which seems very unlikely.

The deadline for tax returns and payment of taxes owning has been delayed. This FAQ has more info: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/tax-topics/help/covid-19-tax-info-centre/00/1332392

If you are still not able pay your balance owing on the new due date, you should still file your taxes. Then contact the CRA, and ask if you can arrange a payment plan, so you don't have to pay everything in one shot.
