Refund for service

Can I ask for a refund and file my taxes with a different service due to the capital gains delay. I was not informed of the capital gains delay until after purchasing an upgrade to Premier. Turbotax should have alerted of this delay before the purchase screen. Please let me know how I can ask for a refund.
