    Ann: The 'MDR901' element is invalid - The value '[phone number removed]' is invalid according to its datatype  The Pattern constraint failed.

Please verify that your phone number is numbers only and that your SIN number is correct and that you do not have any other characters such as a hyphen or a comma in the address/phone area.
