I have just completed our 2018 return with a refund due to us. But turbotax has noted that netfile is down until Feb 24th. Can I netfile now or should we wait until the evening of the 24th?
You will need to wait until 8:30 am EST on February 24th, 2020 to file your 2018 tax return. You are unable to NetFile any tax returns until CRA reopens after the annual maintenance shutdown. When they reopen, you will be able NetFile tax returns for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
