Self employed paying GST on only partial income

I reached the threshold GST amount on my earnings in October, so only charged GST on services I sold after that time. However I entered my GST number on TurboTax and I have a feeling it is charging me GST on my entire earnings for the year. Should I continue with filing my income tax through TurboTax and pay GST separately? Or does TurboTax automatically add that amount on so I can pay my income taxes and GST in one go? Thank you in advance for any help.

TurboTax Software can't be used to create or submit GST/HST returns. This CRA page has information on how to file a GST/HST return: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/businesses/topics/gst-hst-businesses/complete-f...
