sent off 2019 taxes netfile then realized i never completed all of the 2018 file. now netfile wont let me send 2018 taxes through net file because i just completed a filing

What is the exact error message that you are getting? And have you made sure that you didn't accidentally do your 2019 in TurboTax 2018?
