T4A(P) Error when trying to file

I have done my parents taxes together (doing splitting), my father is retired, my mother never worked.

My Mother's T4A(P) form is empty for box 21 (Number of months - disability)  and box 23 (Number of months - retirement).

Turbotax is complaing that

"You received CPP and QPP retirement or disability benefits but did not enter the number of months from box 21 or box 23 of your T4A(P)"

Turbotax has the two fields set to 0, and it will not file with them at zero.  What should I do in this situation?

My Father's T4A(P) form has box 23 at 12 (as expected). I am not sure why turbotax is flagging my mothers T4A(P) in this instance.

A number of months has to be entered in either Box 21 (for disability) or Box 23 (retirement). If your mother was retired for the full year, then Box 23 would be 12.

Thanks for the reply.

Since on the T4A(P), there is only an amount in box 14 (Retirement benefit), I put 12 into box 23 (retirement) as suggested
