The CRA was unable to accept your NETFILE tax return

why is it that every time i try to file my taxes i always get this:

The information sent to the Canada Revenue Agency doesn't match the information currently on record, which was provided by Service Canada. If you still get this error after your second attempt, please call the Canada Revenue Agency's Individual income tax and trust enquiries line at [phone number removed] for further details.

 

There is no difference in the information that i have input with my information with Service Canada
