The person who did my taxes for me declared me as being an eligible dependant but I don’t have a kid now the cra is expecting papers what do I do to fix the issue

You should contact the Canada Revenue Agency and explain that the claim for eligible dependant was a mistake and therefore you will not need to send in any supporting documents for the claim.  You can reach the Canada Revenue Agency at 1 800 959 8281.

I did they are telling me I have to wait lord knows how many more weeks  for my return. It’s crazy already waited 3 weeks
