I keep trying to review and file my taxes and I keep getting the error "this wasn't expected but we're working on fixing it". I have logged out, logged back in, tried to review again and continue to get this error. Suggestions?
This issue should have been resolved with the last update. Have you tried filing it again?
I have tried, and spoke to someone yesterday and I don't have access to my taxes in progress at all.

I have been trying to send my taxes and keep getting the above message. I have tried on two different web browsers and still no luck. Can you let me know when this will be fixed? I have been trying for over a week now.

This is so frustrating. I have been told to "wait" as it should resolve on it's own, but it's been over 48 hours and I'm still getting this message, and no support on how to fix it.

beyond ridiculous, I usually buy the download version not the online version and I get why now.
I have tried several times in the last few days and still get the same message.
I will say that I have since done someone else's taxes and I was able to review.
I don't want to rename or save because I will lose 2 more returns, so what can I do to get this rectified immediately.

I too would like a solution. 2 weeks with no solution in the middle of tax season is unacceptable.

I did a return for someone else and was able to do the review.
I tried mine again and still go the error.
Just thought I would let you know as it may help the development team identify what is wrong.

I was unable to delete the original return from myself and my husband, but tried a start a new return as you suggested and I was able to review and send. But now that has used up 4 of 8 returns because I can't delete the original 2 returns I did that had the issue. How do I get those 2 returns back? I do several peoples income tax.

I am not sure if you have been following the string of comments, but I was able to send my return today, however, I had to start a new return which used up 1 more of my 8 returns available (actually 2 because I did my spouses too).
Not sure if that's what you want to do but just thought I would let you know as I am not sure when a solution will be provided.
