Trade subcontractors expense

My husband works in a trade and has a sole proprietorship. He hired subcontractors for labour purposes. When we fill our our TurboTax online, there is a place for subcontracts, but it is under the Cost of Goods Sold section. We don't manufacture or sell any goods, so where to I put the cost of subcontractors considering they were just manual labour workers?

You would still enter your subcontractor expenses in the Cost of Goods Sold section, even if you provide a service instead of selling goods.
